last few days had been cooking lot of new receips it keep me busy in the kitchen. Today i try the korean squid which i saw from ch 175, tvn which is a new channel i recently bought, cos i like the korean cooking program. When i saw what she make i will have the urge to try out.
1st i roll the noodles which i didnt roll well cos inpatient.
korean squid with red hot chillies, actually not hot. big onion, spring onion, carrot strips, chillies, albone mushroom. korean chiilies paste with chillies flakes, miced garlic, fish sauce, sugar, sesame oil. mix the squid with the chillies sauce first then add in all the vegs. fry in the pan all together.
make or lah, tap flour add water (watery) , fry this first add prawn, egg, fish sauce lastly spring onion and yan sweet with diy chillies sauce.
yesterday lion head with long cabbage, boil till veg very soft, very nice but ate once would cook again. yesterday she make ginseng chicken but i dont like so i roast the whole chicken instead.
make the mi yam too, stomach indigestion and sugar too sweet, will not cook again. still got yam in refrig dont know what to cook with it, may be yam rice or suan pan zi.

prawn cake - very fragrant 16th march 2010
15 prawns , mashed and chopped into big pcs
1/4 onion - chopped
2 tb bread crumb or 1 pc fresh bread crumb (grind)
2 tb corn flour
1/2 egg (actual 1 egg)
1 tb wine (forget to add)
pepper
salt
seame oil ( i add it myself, very fragrant)
mix all together till grump (mean sticky)
