20th august 2008 Wednesday
so difficult to get in here, so tiring
mee tai mark and fried neck pork (chu jin rou), which the flat part of the pork, season with five spice, sauce, sugar, wine, sesame oil, garlic. Next time corn flour, add lastly when fried,
make agar agar, should have more patience. it turn out too soft and blue colour make it look so artificial, throw away the other bowl, just a very small bowl.

dinner steam cod fish , fried big chye sim and tow kwa, mince pork and what soup i think -pumpkin with pork rib.
