11 september 2008 thursday
today need to go og to change levi jean, so tiring and boring to go the same place again and alone.
today jap rice with kimchee, white onion, chicken breast slice ( next time shld slice more thinly), spring onion and chillies slice ( the chillies really not hot at all!). also make jap miso soup with leftover towwho, black mushroom and lots of spring onion and xiang chye.
dinner i think eat the same food and see yang chye with chicken breast bone.my stomach is so full i think i drink see yang chye soup and eat oranges with lemon juice for digestion.i didnt eat the dinner celeste came home haven't eat dinner just nice she can have my dinner. 10pm stomach feel hungry but didnt eat anything because it cause stomach indigestion.

10 september 2oo8 Wednesday
make tuna sandwiches, tuna mixed with white onion, spring onion, xiang chye, and tomatoes, all chopped, eat with toasted bread and mayo, avocado, not bad.
dinner- fried fish, steam eggs with prawn and black mushroom, lady finger with har bee hum, still got bai chye, cabbage in the refrig.today weather quite cool may be i wiil cook black chicken soup to warm up the body and keep the mind healthy to sleep well, lots of red dates full of iron good for blood.But i didnt sleep well h make me angry again.

9 september 2008 tuesday
make sushi tuna, avocado, carrot and it turns out not bad..Makethree short roll. one for celeste. two for my self, next day celeste is complaining the rice is too dry, may cannot keep too long, must eat it fresh.make soon kueh too. this yam had been in the refrig for so long. use half of it , half of small turnip makes 4 soon keuh. it turn out not bad too, but a bits not salty. thinking of making curry chicken? no coconut and not enough small onions. when i type i should look at the screen instead keyboard and i will know that i make any typing mistakes. yesterday what i had for lunch? let me think it thunder tea rice. dinner- squid and left over lemon pork chop with kimchee, quite appettizing.
veg- french bean and cabbages.

korean pancake

5th september 2008 friday
eat mooncake too sweet for my teeth and nerve, the pan pierce through the nerve cannot eat sweet thing.
yesterday make the pancake taste better. today it a bit soft, should add extra oil to fry other side.
today add seafood, chives, green pepper , shouldnt add the seafood may this is the one that make it soft?

just add 2 big spring onion, 1 tb kimchee juice, carrot strip, and also must enough salt. eat until now stomach aches, must cut down carb, cut down weight, getting fat, and eating very unhealthy.
4th september 2008 thursday.

dont know what happen to my rest of the blog. went juroing point, eat malay rendang very sweet and fatting, bringal very oily but not bad, it green in colour instead purple. very long will not be eating malay rice again, so filling,. and eat butterfly, flour again, so fattening stomach bloated, indigestion, make jeon today look not bad, must add a lot of sping onion, to make it to look greener. dinner wont be eating rice, just vegetable soup, jeon.very long i would be making jeon, too much flour alry.

3rd september 2008 wednesday
today made kaya kueh not bad, invented by myself, by using kaya, normallly i will throw away if the kaya keep for too long.
2tb kaya, 2tb rice flour, 1 tb glutinous rice flour, pandan paste and some water (adj) about 2 to 3 tb . something i just feel like blogging sometimes just dont like to write. tommorrow plan to go jurong point for john little sale. got nothing there, not going there again wait for us 174 for so long, dont know why bukit timah traffic so slow no wonder bus comes very late.
