18th september 2009 friday
Friday alway nobody want to eat dinner, everyone go happy except me. get my pictures wongly post again. This cup is suppose 3rd pictures, anyway this is my noon teabreak a cup of thick milk tea, not bad would lose to coffeeshop.After eating pancake which is heaty u just need a cup of hot tea to cool it down.
korean squid sping onion green only pancake go with mince garlic,light sauce, blk vinegar,water.
very nice after just a very light lunch below.
suppose to be korean alblone porride but to ablone so use squid, Clement said taste funny.
fry mince garlic,small ikan billies add rice and water, carrot cube, fishcake cube, squid cube,fish slice, salt, pepper, sesame oil, light sauce and spinkle with lot of spring onion.


two days sago flour sui jing bao.


The ingredient for the above bao - fried small onion, blk mushroom, dried prawn, mince pork, chye poh (this chye poh is very salty spoilt my food), off fire add green - spring onion.




dried mee tai mark, tow kay, mince pork,prawn, fried small onion,spring onion, it better to eat this with some soup. a bit dry.







last friday dinner chye fan- with some salted fish and lot of green , did not fry , just add to the rice and mix.

11th september friday
hokkien noodles with fish cake, prawn kai lan for lunch. fried mince garlic add water sauce add prawn,fish cake, veg, noodles, pepper, wine, sugar, dark sauce for colour and let it cook for 8mins.
yesterday lunch maggie noodile with mince pork, pork ball, chinese spinach and flower egg.

yesterday dinner pumpkin with chicken breast and big onion

long cabbage with garlic, dried prawn, carrot strip, black mushroom strip, black fungus and straw mushroom.




braised two kwa and bird eggs with yesterday belly pork sauce, still got some more sitting in the regri.
