27th april 2010 wednesday
Going China trip is ok but come back whole body aches and need to rest, esp when feel leg twisted shld not go market, carry heavy things can kill, one must take care. so when i come back i shld rest rest and not doing hsework and have enough food to last few days before i go. should pray and be humble. alway remind myself not to carry heavy things cos can kill.
27th april 2010 tuesday
From 20 person to an empty house again. nobody eating dinner! nobody at home, alway at an empty house. it seem that i dont miss my bed anymore or miss my home anymore. only clothes to keep, collect and iron which i find very tiring to do when i come back from holiday. next time i must tell them to keep all their clothes in their cupbroad un iron and not left all over my iron broad and hanger there.let me think of my trips now.
china - yunnan - kuning - dali - lijiang - shangalia.
day 1- saturday
friday left home at 12am (sat morning) to take 3am flight to kuning, flight was delay, 3 and halft hour flight reach there about 7.40am, wait for bag take a bus to qiu xiang, which is very tiring, 600 steps down and 300 step up. 1st we took boat ride in the cave, later lucky my sisters also tired so we hired pple to carry us up the 300 step, next day the two tigh mucles aches, rub oil, next day feel better.later took a bus and tram to see rock the earthquake rock. after dinner go back hotel. lucky got porter so we dont have to carry luggage.1st hotel very losy.

day 2 - sunday
i think we go dali, i think not dali but washing legs and buy their med famous for strong wind, go temple, sea cannot remember shld be 2nd hotel.

day 3 - monday
went to lijiang stay for 2 days, do what cannot remember.

day 4 - tuesday
buy pill blue river pills ?

day 5- wednesday
- shld be still in lijiang

day 6 - thursday - shangrila
travel for 5 hour to reach there.

day 7 - took morning flight back to kunnang, go parkson shopping, leg aches rest at kfc,later
garden and temple again. drink pu er tea.

day 8 - go see jade , dont know where and took 10.40pm, flight back, reach home at 4.15am. manage to carry bag up myself by using lift landing.

sunday morning go 12.30 pm mass n pray for mum 5th anniversary.

26th april 2010 monday
Today mum 5th year anniversary, May Lord grant her rest , eternal rest grant unto her and let pepertual light shine upon her, Rest in Peace Ma.
Just back from yunnan, now very tired, need to rest for few more days to recover, even clothes also too tired to collect, keep and iron.

14 april 2010 wednesday

Morning broke one little spoon, went to market forget to take my yong two who two kwa home, left in s n s counter, aya so careless. all this remind me to be careful and patience. teabreak feel like eating some thing so i fried bread with tuna mixed with chop big spring onion, very fragrant.

it must be seal with egg but i did not impatient so lot of lot, flatten the side with fork after filling also flatten the bread. cannot use little oil must use more oil and oil must be hot enough, use white bread cos it can burnt easily.

lunch fried mee hoon with cabbage, big chye sim, mince garlic with can fatty pork,carrot strips,two box strips and otah. Clement also eat without complaining. He alway complain when i fried mee hoon, he dont like so i seldom fried mee hoon for him.

dinner belly pork brasied with the three leftover two box. the pork also sitting in my refri for very long, need to finish it cos going holiday, will keep a bit of fresh meat, cabbage for mon when i come back.fried spring onion egg of course Clement one is without onion, he dont like onion, he dont like lot of food, he still dont know how to enjoy the fragrant of it. fry big chye sim and brinjal, cabbage, need to check bringal edible or not, cos it been cut and so long in the refri.
soup - pork rib, pototes, carrot, tomates, big onion. Clement dont like tomates too so i normally will put into the soup and make him drink.Busy packing my bag, and wonder where is the dental floss gone to ?
dinner
yesterday mince pork patties not very nice so today cook with sweet and sour sauce, that is tomates sauce, sugar, black vinegar, light sauce, sesame oil.

fish tail cook with swan wine sauce bit of sugar, the fish is too big so chop into two, the head is in the refri


morning lunch leftover mince and prawn patties fry with the leftover egg which i make prawn patties



the usual spinach with garlic.
today i also make wang gin cake, very fragrant but inside wet not very cook and also the cake collaps what i learn is that my container too small next time use a big one and bake longer with lower fire.

lunch - fried rice with corn,egg carrot a bit too much, Clement also complain too much rice next time cook lesser rice, prawn with mince pork golden coin fried patties, very nice just love the texture and the fragrant.






Sat lunch- shanghai noodles with leftover black vinegar pork leg, very good for cold weather, sat happen to be a rainy day so just nice.

9th april 2010 friday
today very hot, e sie ren, lunch have fry thick mee hoon with noodles, some sort of hokkien hei mee. mince garlic, small onion, fry with fish cake slice add noodles, sauce, salt,sugar,pepper fry for few mins then add water to braised it. it suppose to be wet. before that i fry prawn with salt. add some of it get the fragant of the prawn, lastly spinkle with spring onion. not bad, long time didnt cook this dish and always wonder what to eat. yesterday cook the pork leg with vinegar taste very nice ate a alot, morning stomach a bit aches. also feel very hot cos is a heated dish.

never buy pork leg from s n s the leg is smelly, not only waste your money the worst part spoilt your food. today i make the black vinegar pork leg. this is the first time i cook this dishes, cos i learn that it is very good for cooling n weak body. roast half chinese type chicken for the dear ah boy.

the suffering of going to the dentist always said i got infection ask me to pluck my teeth, i dont want to pluck any of the teeth, something is missing there. Also today went to ntuc share with a woman kitchen paper, 2 for $5.45. give her 3.55 instead thought the $1 is 20 cents.so later she give me back 55 cents. she shld give me back 80 cents not 55 cents she still own me 25 cents.next time i am not going to share with pple any more. instead of save money i spent more.i pay $3 she pd only $2.45.aya !ya!ya!today 7th april wednesday. first time dentist no human being nurse waiting for me
7th april 2010 wednesday
Today going dentist and had spaghetti for lunch again. Bought from the fish go hiang got yu xiang which i just miss today. It got the same taste as when i was young the go hiang sold at my neighourhood hse. That time sold $1 for 7 pcs now this new stall also selling at the same price. i think they are not making much profit. i open a pkt of unopen tissue but inside is all wet.Now i dont craze for milk tea, too much sugar hurt my gums n tea is very cooling hurt my back, weaken my body. now i start to drink coffee again.

the rotten ones for home consumption

yesterday cook lot of fish dishes and ah boy said dont want dinner.
salmon with tomatoes cube, mince garlic and chopped onion.use half of it to cook spagetti for lunch and add roast pork. yesterday no meat so today craze for roast pork and bought $5.50 of pork leg season with course salt, black pepper, five spice and lot of crushed garlic for few hours later will roast it. cut it chunky like those on the tv, if i got take pictures i will post tmor.
eggs - yesterday frige no eggs very uncomfortable, must see egg in the frig. tonight i will fry eggs and roast pork, saliva dripping now.have rotten strawberry for teabreak. clean Celeste room fan so dirty, i didnt know that is the first time i clean cos dont know how to open the fan, need screw driver so troublesome. need to clean Clement room but he alway sleeping, by the time he get up, i got no mood to clean. cleaning time is before noon after that resting time. so his room is alway so dirty and untidy.
