19th January 2011 Wednesday
mee box with mince pork and black mushroom - very nice and green veg. Need to fry onion oil, then fry mince pork with mushroom till fragrant and so is the mince pork - get the fat out from the pork.
Nowaday i lazy to take pictures for dinner - last night i cook sweet pototoes leaves, the young kind, taste quite good and i didnt the black colour which is overcook. This veg alway got this kind of problem.
tonight dinner i will cook ginger chicken cos son not eating and i like ginger esp these few days weather very cold, need ginger to get rid of body wind.
tonight hua tan - (slippery egg)- watch wang ti eat rice big so cooking tonight.
sweet pototoes leaves - i keep half yesterday.
ginger with two chicken legs 0 boneless.
dinner for two.
Note 20/1 friday - i didnt cook hua tan or ginger chicken ( i cook the pai gu wang style - in sauce, taiwan kind.
