yu chye just par boil and eat like that without oil and salt and it taste not bad, natural goodness.

Today i clean my cookerhood and kitchen cupboard, so tiring cos need to lift up hand high to clean underneath the cookerhood and top cupboard, i wonder how long i clean per year, 2 or 3 times ? i clean it only after cny, no strenght to clean before cny body feel weak and no such mood ? The wet weather is the cause to weak body ? may be i really need the hot sun.

shanghai skin swee quio cost $1.80 very expensive no different from wanton skin. Wanton skin cost only 50 cents.
last night dinner french bean
tow kee ball wrap with mince pork and tow who, a bit salty.
tow who (not very fresh from that old man), with mince pork (not very fresh too from s n s), mushroom and dried prawns, it taste not bad and i and son finish the whole big plate. Sick of all kind of meat just feel like eating lot of tow who.

For the last one month i had been eating at night now put on weight, 1st time my pant tide until like going to tear. i better eat healthy and control my weight. Today stop eating ginger and sour orange peel. I think it kill my appetite during dinner i alway cant eat and when i lay down watch i start to think of food, i better get rid of this very bad habit.

15th February 2011 Tuesday
lunch - noodles with yeo hiap seng curry chicken.
This morning while praying i smell curry chicken
so just nice to finish this old rusty can of curry, taste
not bad but accidently delete the pictures while deleting
other pictures. Veg - big tow kay and fried round go hiang
from market.
It still raining while i am typing i think somewhere someplace
going to flood soon.

lunch - very oily vegatian fried rice - shldnt fry the mock duck with oil and add lesser oil to fry the chop big onion, garlic. i fry the mock duck with mince ginger. The songtong ball is nice and hot.
These leftover veg from dont know where for the last two days still taste good, esp the big kai lan with xo sauce, the brocolli and mushroom also not bad and the prawns too.
This is consider a big lunch for me and i use the energy to clean my kitchen window thouroughly Later going to pack my drawers and look for sunglasses and cap.

Today i cleaned my balcony window which i didnt clean for yrs - very dirty, last time i used to clean few times a year, suddenly i just feel my whole house very dirty and want to clean everywhere. May be the weather hot back not aches or ....................

san sir tan - three colour eggs with spinach - egg, century egg, salted egg, the yolk is golden colour very beautiful - last night watch chu chow cook this dish so bought and cook it and this is the last brunch of spinach. Yesterday clear all my veg so happy go market to buy new veg instead today is the 9th day all stalls close, lucky still got some stall selling yesterday leftover.

Today i just started to do my spring cleaning, the hall window was so dirty with dead lizard, spider web and dust. wash and clean my alter i think i didnt clean it for almost a year ? The 1st window since 1/2 year a ago, i dont have the strength to do it before cny till now may be the weather is hot i cant feel the aches key everywhere !

The 2nd part window of the hall is still not very dirty may be i clean it later on when i finish all my window cleaning esp my son room which i didnt clean for very long. New year eve dinner - ablone, meat balls, hockchew balls, loster balls, can mushhroom, crab meat, cabbage, long cabbage, pork ribs, few garlic and 1 slice ginger, very tasty. The loster balls not very good next yr not buying only the colour look good.

This yr bought too many veg and throw away quite a lot of veg.
1. cabbage with strawmushroom, this mushroom is quite expensive,
waste money.
2. leafy veg cost $2 with green and yellow pepper - throw too - turn messy
cos go pple hse eat.
3. brocolli take in and out now turn yellowish cannot be eaten.
4. It seem that only that kind of hard peas can last in the refrig.
5. Korean big osyter mushroom cost $2.50 very expensive also dont know
can be eaten or not.
6. Duck just finish yesterday - take one week and still got lot of duck
organ in the refrig.
7. Still got fish maw and lot of balls and this and that need to finish ! need
to check.
