lunch - very oily vegatian fried rice - shldnt fry the mock duck with oil and add lesser oil to fry the chop big onion, garlic. i fry the mock duck with mince ginger. The songtong ball is nice and hot.
These leftover veg from dont know where for the last two days still taste good, esp the big kai lan with xo sauce, the brocolli and mushroom also not bad and the prawns too.
This is consider a big lunch for me and i use the energy to clean my kitchen window thouroughly Later going to pack my drawers and look for sunglasses and cap.
