sunday dinner chicken rice, too salty.
monday lunch - fried rice with egg, onion, garlic, har bee hiam and mayo prawns.

dinner - chicken in dark sauce

long cabbage and cabbge with carrot.
For the last one month i had been eating at night now put on weight, 1st time my pant tide until like going to tear. i better eat healthy and control my weight. Today stop eating ginger and sour orange peel. I think it kill my appetite during dinner i alway cant eat and when i lay down watch i start to think of food, i better get rid of this very bad habit.
