flower mushroom with big tow kee in sauce.
lunch - fried kuey teow with light sauce and dark sauce go with mushroom and meat patties and xiao bai chye. The sauce go very well with the kuey teow, without the sauce the kuey teow a bit dry.

Receipe for mushroom sauce.
1. Use a bit of butter to fry the mushroom, this kind of mushroom go very well with butter, it get rid of the mushroom smell. Add some mince garlic too. Put aside.
2. Pan fry tow kee till a bit golden brown, add water, osyter sauce, pepper . Let it boil for 2 mins add in veg then flower mushroom and strawmushroom. Add cornstarch and sesame oil.
3. Earlier on i pan fry the strawmushroom on the dry pan first, it bring out the fragrance of the mushroom.
Note : Rinse all kind of mushroom in water, dry it on the tray and pan fry it in dry pan.
