lunch - very tender pork, crunky peas with 1/2 leftover kuey teow and 1/2 mee box.
4th December 2010 Saturday
Recipe for pork
Wu hua rou $3
slice thinly
season with japanese sauce, mirin and sake (i didnt add
no sake ), dash of sesame oil, corn flour and bit of water, mixed well. (massage)
Water add 1 tb, when pork absorb water then add some more.
The water will make the pork very tender.
