Salmon bone and stomach with tow who in miso soup. Very nice, tow who very tender add lot of spring onion no fishy smell. (with ginger and xiang chye and it root too). Add pepper.
1/2 mee box only, dont want to overeat, last night 7.30 pm ate of lot topica crackle and cookie very unhealthy very bad for digestion.
Steam brinjal in mirin and japanese light sauce with mince ginger and chopped spring onion to clease the digestive system.

I ate so early at 10am ! Since i finished cooking i eat it. This Salmon soup i saw in laney the later qi qi blog and saw the salmon stomach in the market so just bought it and try it and it taste good. Without any oil the soup is oily, from salmon - omega 6 ? Good for skin and is a happy food, see today i happy or not ? Bought this same veg from yesterday, is the leftover but hardly buy so and yesterday cook for son so today bought it for myself. Yesterdday white (cabbage) so today green.
