baked white mushroom with cheese and ham; japanese fried chicken.

Today is wed i thought Thurs. Last night saw this channel u cooking program this eye doctor cook this bake white mushroom so today try it out not bad but too little mayo and cheese.

I also learnt how to make another kind of sweet mayo, havent try it out yet.

normal mayo not the japanese kind

condensed milk

lemon juice

salt ( try n taste)

salad - green lettuce, caschew ( pound it ), purple grapes, add mayo and mixed and that it.


White mushroom receipe



1. Pull out mushroom stalk.

2. Use spoon to dig bigger hole in mushroom

3. Chop the stalk and mushroom crumb into small pcs.

4. Fry olive oil with 2 tb of mince garlic till fragrant, add mushroom pcs

fryfor 2 mins add chop ham ( cut into smaller pcs).

5.Scoop mushroom and ham pcs into whole mushroom, fill it up put

mayo on top and mozzrella cheese on top baked for 8 to 10 mins till

cheese turn golden brown.


Feel like eating cp cprisy chicken but run out of stock so bought this japanese lemon chicken from Tay, it is not as good as cp. CP is more cprisy. This jap chicken also very expensive $5.95 almost $6 ! The chicken pcs is quite tender with strong lemon taste but certain part of the crumb is soft may be later i roast it again see it will be more cprisy.

First time i bought this grapeseed oil, heard it is quite healthy just want try it out and see how it taste. My olive oil got one kind of smell, it seem that is cannot be use for cooking ?
