fried mee hoon with tow kay and chye sim.


triangle tow kee and prawn wrap with fish paste cook in japanese onion sauce.

Saw them on tv eating this prawn dont know wrap with what go online and search and found the receipe. Actually it wrap with squid paste but Singapore doesnt sell this so i use fish paste nothing esp but something different.


receipe


1. prawns rub with salt and pepper, cut it straight and coat with flour.


2. use a plastic bag, wet it and put fish paste on top and spread it out,


wrap the prawn with fish paste and mixed into breadcrumb.


3. fry till cook.


4. Boiled sliced onion with japanese sauce and mirin in slow fire for 15


mins.


5. Put the prawn balls into the sauce to boil for a min and lastly add one


mixed egg into the sauce, off the fire quickly and cover it for 1/2 mins.


Just like japanese gai fan. pour sauce over rice.
