today my lunch is la mian with mince pork and tow kay. the salted fish a bit sting cos fry too long keep in the refri i think can throw away. sunflower oil price go up so much !!!!!!!!!!!$9.90. bought the house brand $7.95 wonder it is really real sunflowder oil, s n s tuna is cheap but taste awful.

sweet pototoes dessert, the pototes turn out to be purple i thought yellow.
later going to fry pototoes bacan pancake later for tea and supper for son.
tonight chicken breast with passion fruit, lemon juice, orange juice, salt as sauce.

i make chicken balls with breast meat which i saw just now and have spinach and leftover tow kay for dinner. only cabbage in the refri for friday. tmor i will buy long bean.
