lunch - spagetti with japanese curry
last night dinner - sweet and sour pork.

xiao bai chye with yellow pepper and lunch time leftover fish ball.

Saw qi qi (taiwan food blog) cook japanese curry with rice but dont feel like eating rice in the morning so eat with spagetti, not bad. Today eat so early 9.50am yesterday 10.15am, cos i woke up so early 6.45am. Last night i slept at 7pm back aches and also going to get flu, at night very cold but cannot off air-con cos h is at home.
receipe for japanese curry
what u need
1/2 med onion, slice thinly.
2 boneless chicken legs.
1/2 small carrot, cut into smaller pcs.
1 big pototoes ( i use the russel pototoes, which is white and more creamy).
2 big pcs of japanese curry cube, chop.
1. Fry onion till soft, push aside pan fry chicken with skin down for a while
add carrot and fry together.
2. Add enough water just to cover the chicken.
3. When water boiled add in pototoes.
4. Let it cook for 15mins, add water if it is not enough.
5. Add in curry cube, chop it into smaller pcs, easily to cook.
6. Let it cook for another 10 mins.
7. Cook till the consistensy that u like, thick but not watery.
