lunch mee hoon soup with gan chye , fish cake, fried wanton and fish ball.
last night dinner - steam chicken wings with tow who joo.

2 small plates of mixed veg.


fried prawns fritters, son favourite.



steam lion head ball wrap with long cabbage.
29th October 2010 Friday
receipe for lion head ball
$2 mince pork
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
2 tsp light sauce
1/4 egg
corn flour
long cabbage
spring onion and ginger (smash) soak in water for 15 mins.
mixed together and beat round till glumy. let it stand for at least 1/2 hour.
1. put long cabbage on the plate put ball on top and cover with cabbage,
add some water and spinkle with a bit of salt on veg. The receipe
actually use chicken stock, i think it is even more tasty.
steam for 15 to 20 mins.
making ma la tow who a bit too salty, ma poh and tow pan sauce is very salty, shld add light sauce , use sugar to bring down the saltiness.
