25th august 2010 tuesday
at night sleeping thinking last two days eating very unhealty food, fried and oily.
today feel like frying chye poh with small onion and dried prawns. cook later
lunch mee hoon soup lot of tow box, tow who, tow kee, tow kwa all kinds of yellow bean need to eat ginger to get rid of the coolness of bean.
menu for last monday and tuesday
monday
fried rice with ham end and luncheon spam
dinner
oily fried prawns
oily fried chicken breast
steam white stomach fish
egg fry with cook pototoes, onion, green pepper (which i didnt add )
xiao bai chye
xiao kai lan
pototoes, carrot, tomatoes soup
Tuesday
oily roast pork la mian
dinner
oily fried fish
oily salted pork
oily roast pork for son
fried tow kwa
brocolli, only healthy one.
jap cucumber salad, still in the refri !
peanut soup

today wednesday
i fry chye poh
eggs
????????????????? think later !!!!!!!!!!!
kitchen also very oily, table cloth also oily so is so many plates and bowls.
i need to cut down oil, remind myself to eat healthy.
