lunch - kuey teow with roast duck chye sim and swee jiao.
last night season mince pork, chop blacke mushroom with chop prawn with salt, sugar, pepper, light sauce, corn flour overnight. today bought waterchestnut mash and chop chunky, squeeze out water and chop srping onion. i wrap mine with spring onion while my son not added he dont like spring onion.
I also add waterchestnut separately.
1. boil dumpling in hot water when boil add 1/2 c cold water to let it float again to make sure it is
fully cook.
2. scoop out, drain away water add sesame oil and light sauce or oyster sauce to give it flavour.
with out oil they will stick together and without sauce it is quite tasteless.

My swee jiao taste so much better than oustide.
