lunch - la mian with belly pork

receipe for belly pork
1. pan fry till golden brown, add chop garlic and chiliies.
2. add wine later light sauce and let it cook for 1 mins.
3. add 1tsp sugar and water and let it simmer for 10 or till sauce it slightly dry.
4. lastly spinkle some salt.
boil the noodles, put in cold water put back to boiling water, dish it out and spinkle some seame oil on it to prevent them from sticking together.
