fried hor fun with small onion, dried prawn, oyster sauce, salt with lot of spring onion n char siew. i find it very nice had been cooking this once a week.

today lunch ikan billies, gohiang, xiang chye,spring onion,chillies.Sesame oil fry with garlic, very fragrant, the rice is brand is songhe
xiao biao chye with dried scallop , red seed, 1 pc of slice ginger, osyter sauce, shaoxin wine, sesame oil.

mayo prawm, a bit salty, add a bit too much mayo, mayo is quite salty.


braised seacucumber, roast pork and black mushroom, star, cinnon, wine, sauce, rock sugar,garlic, ginger, spring onion.

Last saturday we have a early reunion dinner cos my daughter is leaving to us on new year eve.
We got some leftover for sunday and monday lunch.

Today market only left 2 chee cheong fun, so i fried pork chop sandwiches with lettuce, mayo for son.

korean noodles (sing brand) very nice with luncheon meat, egg, straw mushroom and lot of spring onion.

fried fish paste with flour and chives, salt, pepper, five spice powder, taste not bad.

12th january 2010 tuesday
salmon in teryaki sauce
very nice. cut fish into 4 pieces, pan fry a while. fry 1/2 onion till golden brown, add 2 tb teryaki sauce, when sauce boil add 1 tb mirin or wine and 1 tb of suger ( i add 1/2 only cos dont like too sweet unhealty), add 1/2 cup of water when boil add fish n let it cook for 5 mins sprinkle with chopped spring onion. red and green gives a beautiful colour. i add with spagetti with par boil brocolli and tonight go with rice, the sauce and onion very tasty and delicious go very well with rice.
