lunch - spagetti with japanese curry again, today one not so good use wrong pot to cook and didnt let the curry paste cook longer. With yu chye.
This chicken wing also not well done, ginger not properly fry long enough very hot and too oily and wing not tasty. Is a mistakes to cook two dishes during lunch time. Watch lee cooking and try this not successful !

pork chop very oily change another kitchen paper to absorb oil, son favourite. will keep some for tmor one shld eat more veg.
batam fish 3 pcs for 3 person.


All leftover veg going to rot so fry all, cauliflower, big chye sim stem, green pepper and black fungus. For 2 persons only son dont this veg so we will more veg and less meat.

cabbage, big chye sim leaves and egg, son dont eat stem.

A bit too much i took some out, dont like to have heavy meal, stomach bloated, 3/4 full will do30th November 2010 tuesday
jap curry on the frying pan, son not eating didnt tell me early if not i would cook so much, use only wings and keep the leg.

braised chicken with fresh mushroom, pototoes, carrot, onion, garlic and ginger.
fish - slighty fried and cook in dark sauce, light sauce and a bit of sugar.

Thursday leftover brasied tow kee and black mushroom, taste even better eat with noodles.
Monday lunch - noddles with sat leftover mince pork, dont taste good throw away some, with wash 3 days red spinach and black sesame seed ( good for white hair), that why the noodles a bit black

sunday dinner - fried rice with long bean and har bee hiam, the whole kitchen and hse so sting, next time better dont fry and need to add fibre to food so the food is better than outside fried rice, no veg.


This thin cookies is quite nice but yesterday i ate i feel too sweet, may be my tongue is not sick. My son bought some back from few month back from church orchard hotel, door gift ? He doesnt eat any and left all the chocolate and this in the refri for so long and he said it not fresh anymore !

That monkey went out for 4 weekends still not back having good time overseas and having holidays overseas with only God know who !!!!!!!!!

dinner for 2, my two days ago roast duck bone still in refri going to take out and finish it. Dont know what soup to cook so just throw some peanut and boil with pork rib, now raining 3.30pm.
lunch - mee hoon with spinach and yong tow who tow kwa, mee hoon a bit oily.

one month to christmas. eat tow kwa to get calcium and fish, last few days lot of meat, today bought lot of fish - 3 kinds consider a lot can eat 4 meals.

just now the weather got no sun very cooling now 11.15am sun then come out, so late. Now sun also wake up late.

lunch - dried noodles with roast duck 1/4 $7 quite expensive so hardly eat alway buy roast pork $3 only. With lot of par boiled veg, xiao bai chye, back fungus (alrdy boil yesterday to make it softer) and carrot strips, alway add colour to your food.
Tuesday is alway the day which i can do some extra hsework but i got no mood esp end year need to ' da shao chu' (spring cleaning).
Today is my 3rd sister Janet Ho birthday, Happy Birthday to U Choo, eternal rest unto u and let pepertual shine upon u. Rest in peace. Fovever happy wherever u are.

boneless chicken leg season with 'hong chou', sugar, five spice, pepper, salt, sesame oil, light sauce, corn flour and flour. Pan-fried chicken add ginger aside, later mix together fry till cook.

Today lunch - shanghai noodles with brinjal, red pepper, baby corn, big onion cook with baked bean. Some wantons too with sauce, a bit salty.
yesterday - tea- break - pun kueh, very filling wont be eating again, dinner time also not digested. My tea-break alway fruits and nuts only.

Yesterday lunch - kuey teow tang with mince pork, a bit salty, fish cake and fish ball.


a plate of veg is a must for lunch.
