lunch - Dried noodles with roast pork, garlic, spring onion and chillies.
par boiled xiao bai chye and few slices of brinjal.
Method
1. fried roast pork, this one got pokky smell so i add garlic, spring onion,
wine, sesame oil to get rid the smell.pan fried everything in small fire
till fragrant.
2. add noodles and light sauce fry together.
This noodles texture is very nice.
