fried mee hoon with lot of different veg, very nutricious.
hairy gourd with galic, dried prawn, blk mushroom and slice pork.

Last night saw this 2 receipes from 7pm tv receipe, tian shi zhei mo.
I need lot of fibre so this two receipes su me a lot.
receipe for mee hoon
big onion slice
qian chye
swan
spring onion ( which i didnt add )
carrot sliced thinly
chillies
dried prawns ( acutual reicipe he use fresh prawns)
roast pork ( i add myself to give it more favour)
1. fry onion till soft, add swan, qian chye, carrot, chillies, put aside
fry dried prawns or fresh prawns in the middle of the pan, when
cook fry together.
2. Add mee hoon, sauce, pepper, blk pepper some water cover and let it
cook, later fry all together, add more water if it is too dry.
receipe for mo gua ( He use another type call pull gua, sns out of stock so buy mo gua)
garlic
dried prawns
mushroom
mo gua
sauce
salt
sugar
pepper
blk pepper
lastly sesame oil
1.Fry garlic and dried prawns till fragrant, add mushroom cont frying.
2. Add mo gua, sauce , salt, sugar, pepper, fry for a while add water
cover and cook. ( do not add too much water, not enough then add, just
add enough too cover the mo gua.
