steam brinjal in dark vinegar sauce.
handmake meat ball with shanghai noodles.

Sick of kuey teow or noodles like to have a change , shanghai noodles long time didnt cook, is just plain noodles sometime which i just like to have.
This meat ball taste is just what i like to have. I had my lunch at 10am getting earlier and earlier.
receipe for meat ball
$2 mince pork
1/2 salt, mix
pepper, mix
light sauce
pinch of 5 spice
pinch sugar
1/4 tsp of sesame oil
1 tsp corn flour
2 tb spring onion and ginger water, mix till water absorb by the pork.
(spring onion and ginger smashed soak in water for 15 mins.)

receipe for brinjal
1. Steam brinjal with skin up 5 to 8 mins or till cook. Check 5 mins use chopstick to poke see whether it is cook (can poke through), if it is still hard let it steam longer.
2. Do not oversteam it will change to brown colour, which is not nice.
Sauce
2tb dark vinegar
1 tb light sauce
1tb sesame oil
1 tb sugar
pinch of salt
2tb chopped ginger and spring onion
2 tb hot water
mixed well and pour over steam brinjal while it is hot.
