lunch - Spagetti with mo gua, red pepper and fish in japanse curry.
The fish is a bit salty may be my salt is more course instead of fine. Next time add lesser salt. overall not bad, i cut down the noodles and eat more veg.

receipe for the fish
Rub fish slice with pinch of salt, pepper, a bit of egg ( make it tender)
and mix with cornflour and pan fry till cook or slighty golden brown.
Fry slice big onion, add 1/2 cup water let it boil, add one pc chop japanese curry cube, let it boil, add mo gua ( mo gua need to boil first till cook ). Let it boil for a while, add red pepper and fish and cook till sauce a bit dry not too watery if not it wont stick to the noodles.
