xia shong, yu tiao with lettuce (small kind of sheng chye)
lunch - porridge with ang go lee fish, small ikan billies, spring onion and
chopped spinach, must eat more fibre.
3rd November 2010 Wednesday
xia shong actually is prawns chop into cube, season with salt, pepper, cornflour and egg white, fry till it cook.
Put the xia shong into one pcs of lettuce and small pc of yu tiao, wrap up and eat very nice, if u fry the yu tiao ( cut into thin pcs) till cprisy even nicer, i lazy to fry.
I saw this recipe many many years ago but did not try, last night saw 6pm cooking show saw them fry xia shong with other stuff so i want to try it.
Also tonight frying vegatian crab meat, egg white mix with milk, salt, pepper and corn flour. fry scap carrot in oil, add some salt , it look like
crab roe, this is some thing new i learn. steam cod fish, but i did not buy it cos very expensive $8 i bought ang go li $3. steam the fish, mash it add into the egg white and pan fry lasty add hua tiao wine. Today lunch at 10.09am getting earlier and earlier, after my lunch i like to blog what i eat and cook later.
