10th june 2010 Thursday
Salmon, bittergourd with spaghetti
1. Pan fry salmon with salt and black pepper, rub with cornflour and fry till cprisy.
2, boil spaghetti with salt and oil in water for 5mins, off fire cover it and let it soak a while.
3. Fry mince garlic, add spaghetti bittergourd, salt , black pepper and some of the noodles water.
4. Add chopped spring onion lastly.
Today bought a big pcs of salmon cost $7, divide into two eat half only.
Clement eat his mince pork, cod fish with yu tiao porridge.
Dinner going to cook korean drum stick fried chicken which is a sweet verson
which i saw from tvn - big mama kitchen.
Run out of idea what to cook.
Last night both said not eating dinner
but come back to eat
so have steam chicken with ginger,
wine, salt, light sauce, sugar.
Seaon first, very simple to cook
but nice and chicken very tender
it remind of my mum cooking.
