Fried chinese style meegorang
flat yellow noodles ( wash with hot water )
tow kay
qing chye
big onion
egg
fishcake
curry powder
tomatoes sauce
chillies sauce
dark sauce
sugar
1. fried big onion till soft, push aside fry egg.
2. Add tow kay noodles, fish cake,egg, curry powder, tomatoes sacue, chillies sauce, dark sauce, sugar, later add qing chye.add some roast pork on top.
Dont know what to eat just like something dried so fried noodle,
but son dont like so his favourite roast pork with mee pork and veg.
Sky quite dark, no mood to do any house work.
Last night cook the coconut fried chicken very oily wont be cooking.
Dinner - tiny french bean, a bit black dot cannot keep so finish it today
and some tow kay, pan fried pork chop
