13 th july 2010 Tuesday
Today went market bought lot of stuff
mince pork $3 to make wanton and mince pork noodles.
5 char siew bao, not very fresh, long time didnt eat bao.
1 fish soon hock, $5 prawns make prawn fritters for son.
tow who, ma po tow who, $1 tranigle tow kee noodles.
corn, brocolli, french bean, one fat carrot, chye sim for
noodles, tomor no need to buy veg. Fruit - bananas,
can tomatoes sauce, can mushroom and can chye sim
from s n s. Quite lot of things and lucky got trolley
then manage to pull back. Tuesday refri quite empty
so tend to bought lot of things cos 3 days didnt do
marketing, so buy and buy. That what lot of housewife
doing on tuesday, so it a bit crowd by wednesday market
is a bit quiet and the food is not so fresh too, look like the
leftover from tuesday. Saturday and Sunday the produce
is fresher but i dont like to go market on weekend cos
dont like crowd. alt spent $30 plus quite a lot for one day.
Bought 2 pkt plastic bag and container.
My son have mince pork noodle with triangle tow kee and two
pcs of fry wanton skin, the extra lef over skin which i make wanton.
Saw channel 833 - food channel cooking very simple dishes so
start to follow what they cook, simple and delicious and gu chow wei.
i had two steam char siew bao and hong u zhou so - mean wanton with
red oil.
receipe for sauce for wanton
red oil ( chillies oil) 1tb
sesame oil 1/2 tsp
black vinegar 1 tb
sugar 1/2 tb
light sauce `1 tb
spring onion 1 tsp
mix well. for about 10 wanton.
My son done like to eat the wanton i make
so i ate it all by myself.

Season mince pork with salt, light sauce, pepper, sesame oil, corn flour
mix with by going few round and let it stand for at least half hour or longer.
wrap it with wanton skin.
When water boil, add all wantons, when it float add a bit more cold water
and let the water boil again so that the wantons is fully cook.
I using my son new laptop so i will post the photos later on
dont want to spoilt his stuff.
