Bought this cuttlefish the ytw kind, for $2 very cheap, want
to make this korean chiilies kind.
but it turn out sour ! chillies too old ? also too much
grated garlic i use 3 now my mouth got very strong
garlic smell. It suppose to taste sweet, cos i add sugar
and korean chillies paste suppose to be sweet.
ate some and throw away the rest.
So my lunch hor fun with miserable
two big tow kee.
Bought two loaf of bread
one for daughter - charoal bread
the other one for myself
cake but in loaf look like bread
kind of vailla cake very soft according
to that salelady. Try later and see how
it taste.
Tonight i will steam the wing
and fry the prawn again by making
it more cprisy and egg.
somemore got tow kwa, hard flat
kind gu xiang tow kan. fry with what
suppose to be with fatty pork, dried cuttlefish
spring onion, chiilies, swan meow and bur.........
it seem that i prefer the quietness again
instead of listening to the radio.
The cake is actually chee tan cow. one pcs is enough
for me alrdy.
yesterday the prawn fritter is not cprisy so today
fried another batch, need to fry 2nd time
immediately u can see the prawn turn to
a beautiful golden brown.
Steam 5 wings, five spice tow kwa with french bean
and chye sim.
ate 1/2 an apples, 1 chocolate cookies, 1 pc of light cake
hor fun quite filling and may be the cake too or
weather quite hot ? Lot of country either very hot
or flood while Singapore is lucky to have quite
a fair weather for the last few days.
