shanghai noodles with sesame sauce and pork chop
sunday dinner - sambal niu rou chow fun
My son alway like to eat this niu rou chow fun, this is the first time i bought to try, It so awful, it quite tasteless and so little ingredient cant even see the egg and the beef is only few pieces and it tasteless. Cant even taste the sambal only a bit of hot chiliies. Still got one big bowl leftover, i going to add egg and my delicous pork chop to fry with it for lunch for him today.
sesame seed paste
fry sesame seed till fragrant or a bit golden brown.
put in a grinder and some water to grind it till milky and fine !
Add light sauce, sugar, sesame oil to mix with it well.
The japanese sesame seed paste if quite salty.
The pork chop is very tender, i season on saturday but son
not eating for lunch so keep in freezer and cook it today.
To make th pork tender is to hammer it and season with
lot of cornflour.
There is 3 pant one mine one your and one ah boy.
