spagetti with salmon with tomatoe sauce, veg and 4 days ago mince pork pototoes.
Still got 4 days ago food, tonight i will finish it for dinner.

sweet and sour pork
lunch time leftover salmon

receipe for salmon

salmon rub with salt and black pepper, cornflour and pan fry till lighty golden brown.
Wanted to use the can tomotoes stew but saw got mould so to play safe, throw it away
and use fresh tomotes , chopped it into small pieces, chop big onion, 3 garlic slice and 2 slice of ginger.
1. fry fish, put aside
2. add garlic, tomatoes , onion, some sugar to get rid of the sourness of the tomotoes, some tomatoes sauce to give it a red colour, tomatoes paste is better the colour is richer, add salt and black pepper fry for 1 mins add water to cook for 8 mins or longer, add salt and black pepper and lastly lemon juice.
