fried kway teow, very xiang, spinkle sesame seed and some lime juice.
Try the korean ginger lemon honey tea. Ginger should soak for half an hour but i did not so the ginger water is very hot need to add lot of honey. I should use black sugar next time cos it keep your body warm and blood flow. Ginger also need to slice thinly. This drink is suppose to keep your body warm during cold weather. But dont trust the honey which had expire for 3 yrs !!!! Lunch - kway teow, now 60 cents not enough for two, a bit too little.
1. fry fish cake and go hiang cake till cprisy, put aside.
2. add slice small onion and mince garlic, the oil will
become fragrant oil, so when u fry kway teow it will taste sop much nicer.
3. Add kway teow, light sauce, dark sauce, a bit of water if too dry.
fry for about 3 to 5 mins.
Son dont like to fry so i just boiled the kway teow for him with light sauce, onion, dark sauce and
a dash of sesame oil.
Today pack daughter cupboard, saw the fan very dirty but weather very cold will clean next
Monday.
