lunch - curry japanese mince pork udong

what u need
2tb chop big onion
$1.40 mince pork for two person.

1. fry chopped onion till soft and fragrant.
2. add mince pork fry till cook.
3. add 1 bowl of water, when boil add curry paste, about 3 tb.
4. cook till sauce thicken, about 10 mins
